His journey began with a rigorous academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, followed by a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
As a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and licensed General Contractor (CGC), Michael combines analytical rigor with practical, real-world execution. He brings hands-on construction expertise that bridges design intent with on-the-ground execution.
In addition to his engineering credentials, he is an accomplished real estate developer and licensed real estate broker (BK), bringing a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle—from initial concept and design through construction and final market positioning. For Michael, building is never simply about construction; it is about creating spaces that serve the present while remaining relevant, refined, and inspiring for years to come.
Fei Meng is an enthusiastic real estate entrepreneur, investor, accountant, and operations leader whose career has been shaped by a deep appreciation for both the financial and human side of real estate. As Operations Manager at Creative Contracting Solutions, Fei oversees the daily rhythm of operations with a focus on efficiency, client experience, and long-term strategic growth.
Fei earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration & Management from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Her comprehensive experience in real estate asset management and financial reporting has given her a strong understanding of the needs of homeowners, investors, and tenants, allowing her to provide thoughtful guidance, dependable support, throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Dan Castillo is a seasoned engineering and design professional whose career spans more than two decades across architecture, mechanical engineering, and product design. With over 24 years of experience in architectural design and engineering,
Dan studied at the Georgia Tech School of Architecture and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA. He spent over 20 years as a mechanical designer at General Electric(GE), where he developed extensive experience in engineering systems, product development, and large-scale design execution. His multidisciplinary background allows him to approach each project with both structural insight and a refined design perspective, helping transform ideas into functional, enduring spaces.
John Mutnansky has spent much of his career working on custom residential homes and coastal properties throughout the Tampa Bay area, developing a practical, hands-on approach to architectural design and project coordination. As Senior Architectural Designer at Creative Contracting Solutions, he focuses on bringing together design intent, constructability, and the day-to-day realities of residential construction.
Before joining Creative Contracting Solutions, John had over 20 years of experience at Architectonics Studio and K&J Design, where he served as a Senior Architectural Designer and Project Manager. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in a variety of luxury waterfront homes, custom residences, and renovation projects across St. Petersburg, Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Redington Beach.
John works closely with homeowners, engineers, consultants, and construction teams to guide projects from concept through completion. His experience working within Florida’s coastal environments has given him a strong understanding of architectural aesthetics, structural practicality, and the unique design considerations required for waterfront construction.
